The product might take some priming / pumping to get the airless mechanism to start working inside and product to come out. 

This is also a 100% natural product with no nasties making it sensitive to extreme temperature! Transport might make it a little chilly, so make sure kept at room temperature and product will soften and dispense easily. If you find the product is too runny in extremely hot weather, pop it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
